Collection & Return Policy
All items are available for in-store pickup only from my Watford studio. I encourage all collectors to fully inspect their painting at the time of collection to ensure complete satisfaction.
Returns: If you change your mind, please contact me within 14 days of collection to arrange a return. To be eligible for a refund, the artwork must be returned to the studio in its original, undamaged condition.
Refunds: Once the item is returned and inspected, a refund will be initiated within 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
Exemptions: Please note that commissions and custom artworks are final sales and are non-returnable.
Transport: The customer is responsible for the safe transport of the artwork back to the studio for any returns.
